EXTRUDER / EXPANDER
 For aqua feeds, pet foods and expanded feeds.


The CHIA TUNG extruder / expander is an unique design for extrusion / expanding process for the production of :
  1. Fish feeds and shrimp feed switch the control of extrusion feed density for the feeds in floating. Slow sinking or fast sinking for the requirement of top fish feeders such as cat fish trout, milk fish tilapia and bottom feeders. Such as groupers and shrimp feeds.
  2. Expanded dry pet foods, this pet foods are often sized at the die in variety of size and shapes includes beads, doughnuts, stars, wafers and bone shaped.
  3. Gelatinization of cereals or stretch for human foods and snacks, such as cereals packs foods, textured soy proteins and snacks, crackers ... etc.

This extrusion process includes for main units of equipments :

  1. Continuously feeding bin and feeder
  2. Steam conditioner blender
  3. Main extrusion barrels and shaping die
  4. Cutter
