This three pass conditioner is special designed for handling shrimp feed and fish feed processing for pelleting system. It performs to heat up the material of aqua feed for better digestion and cook the startch contend in the material become an excellent binding material to improve the water stability and increasing the digestibility. Then the added binder becomes no longer important.

POST CONDITIONER

This is a parent design of  shrimp feed processing with it's simple design, maintenance free and trouble less structure. It become a key machine to increase the feed water stability and feed digestion. This machine works as a "heat oven" with indirect steam heating jacket.
